The outer walls comprise of highly insulated 288mm Termoarcilla clay brick laid on a damp-proof course, then a 50 mm inner air gap to our 150mm highly insulated inner frame also mounted on a quality damp-proof membrane. The roof is part-planted with Sedum further assisting the insulation and helping with excessive rain.
